Jigsaw - Young People’s Mental Health

This year, ISTO 2025 will be fundraising for JIGSAW!

Jigsaw is a mental health charity that supports young people, aged 12-25, through trauma in their lives.They provide free therapy and help people and communities to better understand their mental health and better support those around them. 

Your fundraising efforts will help them provide free therapy all across Ireland, create stable and safe spaces for young people, and grow the confidence and resilience of communities across Ireland to support their young people

In 2022, ISTO returned from a two year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, we have raised over €15,000 for different charities.
